Following the implementation of regulations in the US restricting the distribution of pre-IPO research to US-based investors, NetRoadshow worked closely with leading global investment banks and law firms to design a compliant digital solution. Launched in 2017 following a multi-year consultation process, ResearchFN introduced a purpose-built model that separates research from deal materials by delivering them through distinct channels—ResearchFN for research and NetRoadshow for prospectuses and roadshows—while allowing access through a single, secure account.
