Frequently asked questions for NetRoadshow clients such as banks, issuers or those who pay to use NetRoadshow services.

Q: What do I need to do to set-up/ post a presentation on NetRoadshow?

A: Contact Production. Alternatively, you may directly contact the appropriate regional office.

Materials

  1. PowerPoint Presentation: Email or send your slide presentation via our upload tool (for large files), in either PowerPoint format (preferred) or PDF. Please provide speaker(s)’ notes if available.
  2. Documentation: Confirm if there will be any documentation (i.e. prospectus, offering memorandum, POS, etc.) that you would like to include along with this presentation. If so, please advise approximately when it would be available to send/ upload to NetRoadshow,
  3. Disclaimer: Please verify if you would like to use our standard disclaimer or if there will be custom disclaimer language provided for this presentation. If so, please advise approximately when it will be available to send/ upload to NetRoadshow.

* All presentation materials should be emailed to NetRoadshow once they become available.

Q: When do I need to contact NetRoadshow when I want to post a presentation?

A: We will always endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever you are able to contact us. However, we would appreciate if you are able to adhere to the following guidelines whenever possible:

  • To arrange a video (or audio onsite) recording in New York, London or Hong Kong, please contact NetRoadshow at least 24 hours in advance of the desired recording.
  • To arrange a video (or audio onsite) recording outside of New York, London or Hong Kong, please contact NetRoadshow at least 2-3 days in advance of the desired recording.
  • To arrange an audio recording over the telephone, please contact NetRoadshow at least two hours in advance of the recording time.
  • To arrange for posting slides only (no media component) to NetRoadshow, please contact us, at a minimum, one hour in advance, although two hours is preferred.
