ResearchFN Support

To create a ResearchFN account, select Create an Account from the ResearchFN sign-in page. Enter your corporate email address and the requested account information, then submit the registration form.

To sign in, enter the authorized corporate email address and password associated with your ResearchFN account on the sign-in page. You will be asked to accept a disclaimer stating you do not conduct business in the United States. Failure to comply may constitute a violation of United States securities laws.

To reset your password, select the password-reset option on the sign-in page and enter your authorized corporate email address. You will receive instructions for creating a new password.

You may be unable to sign in if your account has not been registered, your access is not authorized for that transaction, or your firm’s email domain is not recognized. Contact ResearchFN Support for help.

After signing in, select the relevant company and then the distributing manager. Available research reports will appear in the document panel.

When a report is released, eligible investors receive an email notification with a secure link. Click the link, sign in and accept any required disclaimer to open the report.

Report availability is determined by the distributing investment bank and may vary by transaction. Confirm that you are signed in with the invited email address, then contact Support if the report is still unavailable.

The distributing investment bank determines the access period for each report. Where an access or printing window applies, ResearchFN displays the remaining time.

A disclaimer may be required by the distributing investment bank before you can view a research report. ResearchFN records the acceptance of applicable disclaimers.

Download and printing permissions are set by the distributing investment bank and may vary by report. If permitted, documents may include a watermark identifying the user and access details.

Documents may be watermarked with user information to support controlled distribution and discourage unauthorized sharing.

Yes. A distributing investment bank can set an access period and can remove or replace a report when required for a transaction.
