What is a Digital Roadshow?
A digital roadshow (also called an online roadshow, virtual roadshow, internet roadshow, or e-roadshow) is identical to an in-person roadshow— except accessed on-demand via the internet. It can include an online prospectus, video or audio recording of speakers/ management team, and/or synchronized slide presentation.

How It Works

We record the management team giving their presentation in-person, in any city, or over the internet.
2. Production:
We compile the video or audio recording, presentation slides, prospectus, and any other supporting material.
3. Distribution:
Secure passwords for the roadshow are generated and the investment bank distributes to the buy-side.
